I had a visit with the local oncologist today. I think she was confused as to why I even came to her office since I have travel plans to go to Phoenix to CTCA.
I explained that if the weather prevents me from getting treatment and 'if' the treatment is locally available would she be willing to help out. She agreed. She also agreed from the physical exam, that the IBC is the diagnosis even without any pathology report.
I'm still glad I'm traveling, I think this Dr & I would eventually butt heads due to my beliefs and desire for alternative treatment.
