Hi all! I really need to head to bed. Almost packed. Gotta get up too early though.
My flight is at 8:00 a.m. so I won't be posting before I leave. I don't arrive in Phoenix until 10:00 a.m. where they will pick me up and bring me to the facility. I'll have labs drawn and see my Oncologist, Dr. Nixon and then we'll plan the week. My rash is fading, so I think we're on schedule for the Chemo Port to be placed on Wednesday.
I'll be staying at my Uncle Hal's for my Chemo Treatments. God has blessed me with family to be with me during this trial. Really wish I'd made it to AZ prior to this. Maybe when this is all over we'll take the kids to the Grand Canyon. Hailey's old enough to appreciate it now.
The real trials begin tomorrow.....
